At Chelsea Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
